This year, the 6th edition of Sutton School of Art's Little Book Fair will take place on December 6-7 and 13-14.
Friday, 5 December, starting at 5 p.m.: The Sutton Little Book Fair officially opens its doors with the launch of the ‘Calendrier du vivant’ by the Fiducie foncière du Mont Pinacle, a calendar focusing on the emergence of natural phenomena in southern Quebec. The event will also feature the opening of an exhibition of illustrations by Susan Scott.
This 6th edition celebrates writing, the pleasure of reading and sharing ideas. Round tables, screenings, concerts, exhibitions, readings, performances, conferences, workshops and launches will punctuate a vibrant program. During the first two weekends of December, the Little Book Fair will highlight local authors and children’s literature, inviting everyone to celebrate books in all their forms.
Families are welcome to join in the fun with story time for young and old alike! Discover the Art Lab in the company of book illustrators. Hot chocolate, tea and coffee await you at the gourmet counter.
We are delighted to welcome a constellation of writers. Come and have your favourite books signed from among the hundreds of titles on offer.
The Little Book Fair exists thanks to the strength of its partnerships: L’Échappée Belle, official bookseller; Leporello, responsible for youth programming with publishers La Pastèque, Les 400 Coups and Les éditions de ta mère; and, of course, our many invaluable volunteers, including authors Benoît Quessy and Édith Cochrane.

Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
