For me, summertime means a lot more yoga! I’m excited to continue with my usual offerings of Yin Yoga at The Well in Knowlton, but as the warm weather arrives and we can head outdoors, even more possibilities open up!

It’s now our third season of Goat Yoga! Just outside of Sutton, a quiet little goat farm becomes a gathering space for weekly sessions that are truly one of a kind. Not only do the goats join us, but they get involved! The mamas might settle in beside their favourite yogi for a cuddle or a gentle nuzzle. While the babies, bursting with energy, love to jump on just about anything—your back in a pose, another goat, or straight off the platform with a playful spin. In addition to a good stretch, there’s always loads of laughter. And plenty of time for photos, petting, and connecting with these sweet animals. Last year, we even had the pleasure of hosting The Amazing Race Canada for a Goat Yoga challenge!

I hope you’ll join me this summer for a yoga session (with or without goats). Or simply carve out time to take care of yourself! Get all details at www.mudrametta.com.
