Mountaintop Yoga is a 90-minute hatha/vinyasa style class, bringing balance to your yin and yang energies. With a bit of a challenge in pushing your body physically, a few balance poses, and some nice calming and relaxing stretches to calm you down, this class is wholesome. It is great to bring balance to the body, mind and spirit.
If you love to be outdoors and feel the warm summer breeze on your skin, this yoga class will be a real treat for you. You will also enjoy the calm and peace of the mountainside while enjoying the view of the Glen Sutton Valley and Vermont’s Green Mountains. Mountaintop Yoga classes are starting on June 13th. They will take place in the freshly mowed field at my home in Glen Sutton every other Tuesday at 5pm. Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle and an extra layer on fresh nights.
If you don’t know me, I am a yoga instructor and Thai Massage therapist. I am originally from London, Ontario. I moved to Southeast Asia after University, where I learned Eastern philosophies and techniques of massage and yoga in 2010. Then I returned to Canada and settled here in the Eastern Townships in 2018.
